Paul Egly, Chair
Paul Egly is the past President of Ostrom Mushrooms of Lacey, Washington. He still serves on the Board of Directors as Chairman. Paul also owns commercial real estate in Spokane, where he is the managing partner of Lindley Properties.
Paul is both a parent and a sibling of adults with special needs who have directly benefited from the services of AtWork!. He is the past Board President of Community Homes, which has six Adult Family Homes on the eastside, where 30 adults with special needs live.

Bob Strayhan, Treasurer
Bob Strayhan is the owner and President of Athena Development, LLC, a real estate development and consulting company. He has a significant background in leadership development of large organizations as well as general management. Strayhan retired from the Xerox Corporation in 2001 where he was the Vice President of Client Operations for Xerox Business Services, supporting over 400 clients on the West Coast with over 1000 employees. Previous to this role he was the VP General Manager for all of Xerox in the Northwest. Strayhan has a rich background in the field of Total Quality Management, having led the Portland, Oregon office of Xerox to the U.S. Quality award in 1989. In addition to his work with AtWork! he is the past chair for the March of Dimes, Greater Puget Sound chapter and has held board memberships with Junior Achievement and the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. Strayhan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State University at Long Beach as well as graduate work with Columbia University.

Von Perkins is the Principal at Pacific Construction Management and Consulting, LLC (PCMC, LLC) and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. PCMC, LLC is a design-build construction organization that offers quality design-build construction management, engineering and construction services to both private commercial building and public works construction segments of the industry.
Von Perkins is also a husband, father, and grandfather and enjoys running, hiking, fishing, and any other activity that involves exploring the great Northwest with his family.

Greg’s practice focuses on advising closely held business owners and individuals regarding business planning, shareholder and partner agreements, real estate, electronic commerce and commercial transactions. Greg has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder buyouts/dispute resolution, commercial real estate, asset and stock purchases, commercial finance and related transactions, private placements, venture capital, and executive compensation, as well as in reviewing and drafting complex business agreements.
Linda Saddler has been a resident of Sammamish for 11 years. She is currently serving on the AtWork! Board, as well that of the Northwest Washington Global Missions, Sammamish Hills Global Missions, and the Phi Beta Chi Rose of Sharon Foundation. She previously served on the Puget Sound March of Dimes Board of Directors.
Linda has been married for 30 years to Craig Saddler, an executive with the Boeing Company. They have two children, Christopher and Laura.
