Bob Strayhan, Chair
Xerox, Retired

Strayhan is the owner and President of Athena Development, LLC, a real estate development and consulting company. He has a significant background in leadership development of large organizations as well as general management. Strayhan retired from the Xerox Corporation in 2001 where he was the Vice President of Client Operations for Xerox Business Services, supporting over 400 clients on the West Coast with over 1000 employees. Previous to this role he was the VP General Manager for all of Xerox in the Northwest. Strayhan has a rich background in the field of Total Quality Management, having led the Portland, Oregon office of Xerox to the U.S. Quality award in 1989. In addition to his work with AtWork! he is the past chair for the March of Dimes, Greater Puget Sound chapter and has held board memberships with Junior Achievement and the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. Strayhan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California State University at Long Beach as well as graduate work with Columbia University.

Gary Bodenstab is an entrepreneur with years of experience bringing ideas and business opportunity to fruition. Gary is president, CEO and an owner of Johnson Barrow Inc., Bode Properties LLC, Bode Development & Construction, as well as the CEO/founder of SpaceLease.com Inc.

Bode Properties and its affiliate companies, develop and manage properties in Washington State.

Gary Bodenstab holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Syracuse University. Gary was with the Trane company as a Sales Engineer for 12 years, was a Top 10 member, and account Executive working with Contractors, Engineers, and Developers. Over the last 10 years Gary has held a number of board positions in private Companies as well as nonprofit organizations such as SBRI, Energy Labs, BTW, and Rational Diagnostics.

John Brewster
NAES Corporation

John BrewsterJohn Brewster is the CEO of NAES Corporation and has more than 35 years of experience in the power industry, including plant operations, early stage development, marketing, and executive management.  He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Composite Technology Corporation and President of its transmission line subsidiary, CTC Cable Corporation.

Prior to CTC, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Calera Corporation, a Khosla Venture-funded startup company dedicated to reversing global warming by capturing and storing greenhouse gasses in the build environment. Mr. Brewster also served as Executive Vice President of Plant Operations and Development Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Division of NRG Energy Inc., where he was responsible for the implementation of the new build and repower program, as well as worldwide plant operations. Mr. Brewster has served on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Recovery Authority after Hurricane Katrina, and Mibrag, a German coal company.

Gregory Kovsky is the President of International Business Associates (IBA), a full service business brokerage firm specializing in the facilitation and negotiation of merger and sale transactions involving privately held companies and family owned businesses in the Pacific Northwest.

Ray Lepp

Ray LeppRay Lepp joined the AtWork! board in January of 2009.  Mr. Lepp brings senior executive experience managing top-performing business units with up to $2 billion in billings and $270 million in profits, primarily in the steel industry.  He has a history of successfully leading organizations through critical start-up, reorganization, turnaround, joint ventures, and fast-track growth/change initiatives.  He is an expert in identifying and capturing market opportunities, building alliances, driving long-term expansion, and overcoming significant challenges by competitors.  Mr. Lepp is a recognized as a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and lead cohesive, motivated, and highly productive management teams.

Linda Saddler

Linda SaddlerLinda Saddler has been a resident of Sammamish for 11 years. She is currently serving on the AtWork! Board, as well that of the Northwest Washington Global Missions, Sammamish Hills Global Missions, and the Phi Beta Chi Rose of Sharon Foundation. She previously served on the Puget Sound March of Dimes Board of Directors.

Linda has been married for 29 years to Craig Saddler, an executive with the Boeing Company. They have two children, Christopher and Laura.
