Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading AtWork!’s sales efforts, developing and sustaining a broad customer base and expanding company’s market share, particularly in the landscaping business. This person is responsible for obtaining an accurate work package that would be advantageous for our customers and AtWork! and for securing additional customers that are appropriate for our workforce and mission goals. The Sales Manager provides excellent customer service to social enterprise customers. He/she plays a key role in the attainment of AtWork!’s mission by securing business that generates profit and creates training opportunities for the people we serve.

SUMMARY:
The Lead Document Management Worker is responsible for performing all three functions of the document conversion process including (document prepping, scanning and indexing). This position assists the Project Manager of Document Management with training new employees, performing final quality checks, and assigning work to others as necessary.
