AtWork! is a nonprofit organization seeking an energetic Human Resources Associate: Talent Sourcing and Employee Retention to join our team. You will take the lead in building creative and innovation recruiting practices, working closely with a dynamic leadership team. You will help increase employee retention by supporting training and record-keeping functions using an information management system that we will train you to use successfully. The ideal candidate understands our business and brings relationships from which to build a network of resources to fill open positions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Experience as a job developer, employment specialist or recruiter
– Established network and relationships from which you can attract talent to AtWork!
– Strong computer skills
– Ability to pay close attention to detail
– Demonstrated team building and collaboration success a big plus
-Preferred: Bachelor of Arts Degree
-Minimum: Associate of Arts Degree
Must pass a background investigation.
