Services for Clients
Helping people with disabilities get good jobs, increase community connections and successfully transition to life after high school.
AtWork! has advocated for and created integrated employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities since 1998. We target our client services in three areas:
Through AtWork! employment services, people with disabilities can land a wage-paying job utilizing their skills, talents and abilities, giving them a sense of pride, accomplishment and purpose. We offer highly supported pathways to employment, beginning with the discovery phase and through customized employment, job coaching, training and long-term performance.
AtWork! Community Access links individuals with disabilities to their greater community, through social and recreational activities, volunteer work, self-advocacy and more. Our focus is on each person’s interests and preferences, with a goal of creating natural relationships that provide a strong support network.
Through King County’s School-to-Work (S2W) and Snohomish County’s Jobs by 21 programs, AtWork! helps high school students with developmental disabilities prepare for the transition to adult life through job placement and support services. AtWork! partners with the following school districts for S2W:
- Snohomish County
- S2W services are also available to students from school districts throughout the Puget Sound Region. Call us at 425-274-4000 for more information.
